WHAT A DINNER I MADE LAST NIGHT.

I forgot to mention my lovely dinner last night:
*portabella with garlic/wine sauce
*asparagus tips.
*salad from my garden with a light balsamic/olive oil dressing.
*steamed artichoke with a orange butter dip.
*crunchy artisan bread

So very, very tasty. I wish I'd taken photos but alas, I did not.

Use your imagination...think of a very good meal...and then you'll have it.
