Walking the mall turns out to be getting kinda salty, according to one reader....hmmmm....wonder what he means. Are folks now walking naked or or they hittin' up on the salt shaker while walking? I guess I'll just have to accept that walkin' the mall is gettin' kinda salty....well, OK!

I've worked in the natural foods industry in many different capacities. I had the pleasure of working in the marketing departments of large natural foods supermarkets. I've written about food and travel for a regional healthy lifestyle magazine for many years. Now I want to share my adventures about life in general with you. Is critiquing the comments of your commentators very courteous? If it snows the malls will be quite salty.
