I've worked in the natural foods industry in many different capacities. I had the pleasure of working in the marketing departments of large natural foods supermarkets. I've written about food and travel for a regional healthy lifestyle magazine for many years. Now I want to share my adventures about life in general with you. I'd like to tell you about the wonderful places I've been that have something interesting (or many interesting things) ...and I'll share a little food/dining stuff that I find interesting or topical. I'm going to concentrate on healthy food issues and life experiences and who knows what else on my blog.
